Abe's Corn Maze
(abz kôrn maz)
proper noun.
An exciting, new maze in Springfield, IL cut out of 10 acres of corn field and featuring 16,553 feet (over 3 miles!) of twists and turns. This year's maze, the first ever in Springfield, is dedicated to Abraham Lincoln in honor of his Bicentennial. 2008 kicks off the nation's 200th celebration of Lincoln's birth.
This maze is also combined with other "corny" attractions for the entire family including concessions (by Hickory River, Gibby's Orbits & Sunrise Cafe), weekly events, games and contests and hay rides every weekend!
